【A special bottle, perfect for gifting】

■ Tokujo-shu Homemade Shochu-infused (Limited Quantity)
720ml ¥8,800 (tax included)

Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, milled to 30%, is brewed using the "hashira-jochu" method, where homemade shochu is added to the moromi (sake mash).
After careful pressing in traditional fune presses, it is aged for over two years at low temperatures. Enjoy the refined umami of rice and a gentle, deep aged flavor.
Its origin lies in the interest and passion for hashira-jochu brewing held by the second-generation kuramoto, Shozo Ishimoto. He tirelessly experimented, believing that "to make good sake, one must first make good shochu," and established a unique shochu production method. This bottle embodies the romance of Ishimoto Sake Brewery, inheriting his spirit of inquiry and technique.
Enjoy it chilled in a wine glass or gently warmed to around 40 degrees Celsius.
