Article 5 (Handling of links)

Article 9 (Applicable Laws)

The laws of Japan shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms of Use.

Article 10 (General Jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use, the district court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
