    Rather than relying on particular characteristics, such as sweet or dry or more or less aromatic, we strive to create sake that never weighs on the palate, whether it’s drunk before, during, or after meals. It is perfect for savoring alone to enjoy the natural rice flavor, or as an accompaniment to food. We want to make a versatile sake that can be the star of the show or a supporting character.

    Ishimoto Sake Brewery was born from the simple desire to make sake for the hardworking local farmers to enjoy. We give thanks for the blessings of Kameda-go, such as the cold winter snowfall that brings so much clean, fresh water to the area, and seek to return the favor to our neighbors through sake brewing.
