Announcement of the sale of the autumn Niigata limited edition sake "Koshi no Kanbai Kamedago Oeyamasan Tokubetsu Honjozo"

Made using 100% Gohyakumangoku sake rice grown in the Kamedago and Oeyama areas of Niigata City.
This is a limited edition autumn sake that was created with the desire to provide enjoyment to local customers who have been patronizing us for many years.
With its gentle ginjo aroma and light, refreshing taste, it can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or even warmed to perfection as an accompaniment to meals.
Since its release in 2016, it has been loved by many customers and this year marks its 10th anniversary.

"We want to produce locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice, which is better suited to our sake brewing."
"Above all, I want to make sake that local people can enjoy more casually."
With this in mind, Ishimoto Sake Brewery is holding a "Niigata Oeyama Sake Brewery Rice Suitable for Sake Brewing Research Group" with the participation of brewers and local producers.
