1.Chotokusen Daiginjo 1.8L

This Daiginjo sake is worthy of being called the pinnacle of Kosi no Kanbai. Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture is polished to 30% and aged at low temperature for about two years. It can be enjoyed at any temperature, but is especially recommended when served warm at around 40 degrees. You can feel the umami while enjoying the lingering aftertaste that fades away quickly. 2.Tokujoshu House-Distilled Shochu  720ml

Using Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimi-cho, Hyogo Prefecture, which has a polishing ratio of 30%, our homemade shochu is added to the fermenting mash, which is then carefully pressed and aged at low temperatures for over two years. You can enjoy the refined flavor and the gentle, deep, aged taste of the hashira shochu.
