1. Kinmuku Junmai Daiginjo 1.8L

This Junmai Daiginjo is worthy of being called the pinnacle of Koshi no Kanbai.
The rice used is Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimicho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, which has been polished to 35% and is carefully aged at a low temperature of 1°C for over a year.
The pure and elegant taste is complemented by a rich, mellow depth.

2. Specially brewed homemade shochu 720ml

Using Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, with a polishing ratio of 30%, our homemade shochu is added to the fermenting mash, which is then pressed in a conventional tank and aged at low temperatures for over two years.
You can enjoy the refined flavor and the gentle, deep, aged taste brought about by Hashira Shochu.
