This is a special Hashira Shochu brewed sake using pot still shochu distilled in-house.
With the blessings and pride of their hometown, and a sense of gratitude, everything from the raw rice to their homemade Hashira Shochu is brewed with the utmost care, using ingredients from the Oeyama area of Kamedago, Niigata City, the hometown of Koshi no Kanbai.
It expresses the delicate beauty of Koshi no Kanbai even within the complex and unique aroma and flavor that is unique to the "kimoto" yeast starter.
